About The Position
Ben Bridge Jeweler, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway with over 110 years in business and 32 stores across the United States, is seeking a full-time sales associate for its River Park Square location. The company is committed to providing customers with a quality experience and jewelry that will be treasured for generations, aiming to be their jeweler for life. This position offers an hourly rate plus commissions, a full benefits package, and reimbursement for parking costs. Requirements

- Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
- Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
- Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customer when presenting merchandise
- Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
- Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces
