About The Position

RideNow Powersports is looking for an energetic, positive, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team of sales professionals! No Riding or Sales Experience required! This role involves providing exceptional service and product knowledge to help customers find their dream ride, maintaining a positive, high-energy environment, and collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals. The Sales Associate will continuously learn about industry trends and models, greet and assist customers, guide them through the sales process, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and promotions. Building strong customer relationships, processing sales documentation, achieving sales goals, and participating in showroom upkeep are also key responsibilities.

  • Valid driver’s license with a Motorcycle (M) endorsement and a clean driving record required as test-riding and moving inventory are essential functions of this position, subject to ongoing MVR checks.
  • Applicants that do not obtain an Motorcycle (M) endorsement will be considered.
  • Pre-employment drug screening covers controlled substances other than cannabis and does not test for or discriminate based on off-duty cannabis use prior to employment.

Benefits

  • Hourly training pay is $20.00/hour during the initial 30-day training period. Following training, compensation transitions to a 100% commission-based structure, with employees receiving total earned commissions OR guaranteed hourly training pay ($20.00/hour), whichever is higher per pay period.
  • Commission Scale (% of Gross Profit): 1 – 8 units: 8% of GP, 8.5 – 12.5 units: 10% of GP, 13 – 15.5 units: 13% of GP, 16 – 24.5 units: 15% of GP, 25+ units: 17.5% of GP
  • Medical, Pharmacy, Telemedicine, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligible 1st of the month following 30 days), plus HSA and FSA options.
  • 401(k) plan, Life and AD&D insurance, Short/Long-Term Disability, and supplemental insurance options.
  • Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of 0.0385 hours per hour worked (approximately 1.54 hours per weekly pay period, totaling 80 hours / 10 days annually for full-time staff). PTO can be used for vacation, personal time, and illness. This policy meets or exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Paid Sick Leave Law.
