Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join their vibrant team in Orlando. This role is ideal for someone who loves outdoor living and helping customers create beautiful spaces. The company has been enhancing Florida lifestyles for 55 years.
Requirements
- Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, upbeat, positive attitude
- Comfort with POS systems
- Must pass a background screening.
- Must pass E-Verify.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences for outdoor living spaces.
- Showcase product knowledge and assist customers in selecting appropriate furniture.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain a friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude.
- Be available to work weekends and holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually for sales meetings.
