The Automotive Sales Professional speaks to customers on the dealership lot, company sponsored events, or leads from the BDC to determine customer needs and/or desires for a vehicle. By using excellent customer satisfaction and sales skills, sales professionals will sell vehicles. This position is not ‘remote work’ capable and requires punctual, consistent, and regular attendance for all scheduled shifts. Missed work affects the day-to-day operations of the company. This in turn negatively impacts fellow employees through lowered morale and / or lost income opportunities.
