About The Position

Glen Raven is recruiting for a Sales and Pricing Analyst which will support the pricing team for the Material Solutions division with the administration and execution of all pricing activities to achieve sales and financial objectives. This role works closely with Commercial, Finance, and cross-functional teams to maintain selling prices, administer pricing systems, and ensure accurate and timely pricing execution across the organization. This position is responsible for the administration and maintenance of pricing systems and data, supporting global pricing needs across all pricing functions, and ensuring alignment to approved pricing structures and governance. The Sales and Price Analyst provides operational pricing support to the Commercial team and other internal stakeholders, while performing some data analysis to support pricing decisions and continuous improvement. The Sales and Price Analyst will establish and maintain selling prices and pricing systems in order to meet sales and financial objectives for the Material Solutions division. They will support global pricing execution by ensuring pricing accuracy, system integrity, and effective communication across regions, channels, and customer segments. This is a hybrid role, based in Burlington, NC with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

Requirements

  • 2 year degree or 5 years of experience in a Sales Support position
  • Microsoft Office Products
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Interpret costing and product data to establish and maintain customer selling prices
  • Administer and maintain pricing systems, price lists, and related pricing tools
  • Ensure pricing data is accurately set up, validated, and maintained across systems
  • Provide global support for all pricing functions, including domestic and international pricing needs
  • Ensure all pricing changes are communicated accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support efforts to improve the speed, efficiency, and accuracy of pricing processes and systems
  • Maintain global price reference documentation, including standard prices and approved exceptions
  • Support pricing governance by ensuring pricing aligns with approved structures and guidelines
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Sales teams to resolve pricing setup issues and discrepancies
  • Perform basic sales and pricing analysis to support operational pricing reviews
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of standard pricing reports and tools
  • Develop and maintain documentation and processes related to pricing administration and execution
  • Complete all other tasks and projects necessary to support the Commercial and Pricing teams
