About The Position

The Sales Porter is responsible for moving and cleaning vehicles, performing various tasks, and running errands for the dealership. This role is crucial for maintaining the dealership's appearance and operational flow. The Porter will also be responsible for maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company standards, keeping the car lot clean and orderly, and participating in required training. Accurate timekeeping and adherence to safety regulations are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to (50) pounds.
• Work includes frequent movement around the dealership facilities and the outdoor car lot and movement in and out of cars.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand; walk; and sit.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic Computer skills to utilize timekeeping system.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
• The position requires regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations.
• Previous work experience desired.

Responsibilities
