Requirements
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Ablity to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work

- Experience with X-Time and CDK a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team
- Organize vehicles in showroom and storage lots
- Maintain vehicle lot, keep neat and organized by moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Oversee delivery of vehicle shipments and inspect new vehicles for damage upon arrival.
- Ensure all vehicles contain the correct paperwork, user manual, and accessories.
- Maintain decals on new and used cars, buyer’s guides/not for sale tags as well as current sale and markdown tags.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery upon sale – including but not limited to refueling, assisting with sticker removal, removal of protective coverings and ID tags, etc.
- Create key tags for vehicles
- Pick-up and deliver vehicles from storage
- Assist with dealer trades, deliver vehicles to customers and shuttling as needed
- Manage battery charging process and battery charging log to properly ensure batteries are charged at all times
- Facilitate with replenishing vehicle fluids and perform other minor vehicle maintenance, as needed.
- Assist with showroom clean-up and deliveries as needed
- Perform other duties given by Supervisor as directed
