Responsibilities

Maintain the organization, presentation, and readiness of dealership inventory.
Safely transport, stage, and position vehicles throughout dealership property.
Prepare vehicles for customer demonstrations, deliveries, and showroom display.
Assist with inventory intake, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers.
Conduct regular lot inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Support sales staff with vehicle and inventory-related needs.
Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, charged, tagged, and secured.
Maintain dealership appearance standards in interior and exterior areas.
Identify and report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues.
Follow dealership safety procedures and operational policies.
Contribute to a positive team culture and professional work environment.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
