Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization, presentation, and readiness of dealership inventory.
• Safely transport, stage, and position vehicles throughout dealership property.
• Prepare vehicles for customer demonstrations, deliveries, and showroom display.
• Assist with inventory intake, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers.
• Conduct regular lot inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Support sales staff with vehicle- and inventory-related needs.
• Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, charged, tagged, and secured.
• Maintain dealership appearance standards in interior and exterior areas.
• Identify and report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues.
• Adhere to dealership safety procedures and operational policies.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and professional work environment.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
