About The Position

Diablo Subaru of Walnut Creek is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Lot Attendant/Porter to help maintain our dealership's appearance and support our sales team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping vehicles looking their best, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual and team oriented.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the workday.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and presentation ready.
• Wash, fuel, and prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for display and customer delivery.
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership.
• Assist with merchandising and arranging vehicle displays.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom and exterior lot.
• Perform daily lot inspections and report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns.
• Support the sales team with vehicle retrievals and other dealership needs.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests.
