This role is responsible for all aspects of the vehicle sales/lease process, from customer greeting to vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, seamlessly connect with people, and possess a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
2-3 years of automotive sales experience.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent follow-through skills.
Professional appearance.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and determining their needs through questioning.
Discussing vehicle options with customers.
Maintaining knowledge about product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Performing high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/pre-owned vehicles.
Building and nurturing relationships to establish a strong and stable clientele.
Following up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Bringing a positive attitude to work daily.
