About The Position

The Sales Performance Coordinator is the operational backbone of the team, responsible for recurring processes, data handling, vendor administration, and documentation to ensure Sales Force Development's (SFD) programs run smoothly. This role also provides program and event support, including media assistance, logistics, and survey distribution. The core focus is on process and execution ownership, not content creation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in an operations, program coordination, or administrative role.
  • Comfortable working in Claude or similar AI tools for drafting, data cleanup, and first-draft creative work.
  • Strong attention to process detail; comfortable owning a tracker or repository without daily oversight.
  • Basic proficiency with design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar) for artwork and diagram support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and conditional formatting for large, multi-source datasets.
  • Experience importing, cleaning, and reconciling data exports from business systems into structured formats.
  • Organized communicator who can flag exceptions and escalate appropriately rather than guessing.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Corporate training environment experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the day-to-day owner of the PSP application intake process, including the conditional-logic form and status tracker.
  • Processes incoming applications, flags exceptions or misclassifications, and routes questions to the appropriate Sales Programs lead.
  • Keeps the PSP repository current and audit-ready.
  • Manages seat allocation and enrollment tracking for SFD's vendor tools (AuctusIQ, Hyperbound, Cornerstone LMS).
  • Monitors utilization against contracted seat counts and flags underuse or overage.
  • Tracks renewal dates and prepares renewal briefing notes ahead of contract deadlines.
  • Maintains naming and versioning discipline across SFD materials (Enterprise Protection Strategy (EPS) modules, Skills Week decks, case study backgrounders, and similar assets).
  • Owns the SharePoint/OneDrive file structure and ensures the version in circulation is always the current one.
  • Publishes and distributes surveys (Kirkpatrick L1/L2 and program-specific instruments) on schedule.
  • Cleans raw survey exports and builds first-pass data tables for review.
  • Performs routine upkeep on SFD's live Claude Projects.
  • Tests changes before they go live and serves as first point of contact when a coach reports a tool issue.
  • Escalates substantive changes in scoring logic, framework mapping, or program content to the relevant program owner.
  • Tracks vendor invoices against budget and helps reconcile vendor expenses.
  • Supports expense report preparation and flags discrepancies for review.
  • Owns the repeatable onboarding cadence for new coaches: scheduling, resource kits, and system access, on a recurring basis.
  • Assists with event planning and supplies across SFD programs.
  • Produces first-draft artwork, diagrams, and simple video assets using Claude and approved AI tools.
  • Publishes and sends surveys and assists with internal advertising of SFD programs and wins.
  • Administration of CERKL, SFD newsletter, Seismic, workshop reminders.
