About The Position

Complete Playground is the ultimate destination for inclusive family fun in the heart of New York City. As the largest indoor playground in Manhattan, our 40,000-square-foot facility is a vibrant urban oasis featuring wall climbing, slides, interactive play zones, and a specialized fidget wall. We provide a safe, inclusive environment for kids of all neurodiverse backgrounds, including a top-notch sensory space designed to help children relax and recharge. We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Outreach Coordinator to drive the growth of our primary revenue streams, including school field trips, birthday parties, and seasonal camps. This is a high-energy, outward-facing role designed for a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can identify new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and represent the Complete Playground brand to local schools, community groups, and families. This role offers a base salary with a commission structure, rewarding you directly for the bookings you secure.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable making cold calls and delivering presentations to school administrators.
  • Outgoing and persuasive with the ability to articulate the value of an inclusive play environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and follow up consistently.
  • Highly motivated by a commission-driven structure and eager to exceed revenue goals.
  • Primary hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability required to meet with parents during high-traffic times.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the education or family entertainment sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and proactively reach out to local NYC public and private schools, daycare centers, and community organizations to book field trips and group outings.
  • Manage incoming inquiries for birthday parties, conduct facility tours for prospective families, and upsell premium packages and add-ons.
  • Drive enrollment for summer, holiday, and mini-camps through targeted outreach and follow-up with our existing customer database.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, communications, and bookings using our internal tracking systems to ensure a seamless handoff to the events team.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with "frequent flyer" organizations to secure recurring annual bookings.
  • Assist the marketing team by identifying local community events or fairs where Complete Playground should have a presence to capture new leads.
  • Report weekly on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and revenue generated against monthly targets.
