About The Position

Accenture is hiring a Sales Origination Senior Manager to help grow its Emerging Large Enterprise motion in the U.S. Industrials market. This relationship-led, full-cycle sales role focuses on winning new logos in the emerging large-enterprise and upper-mid-market segment. The seller will originate opportunities, qualify and shape deals, negotiate terms, and close signed contracts, using trusted buyer relationships and ecosystem connections to build pipeline. The role sells from a productized catalog, connecting client needs to packaged offers rather than defaulting to bespoke solutions. It also involves co-selling with SAP, hyperscalers, and other alliance partners, as well as developing opportunities through OEM-to-supplier relationships. The position is an early member of a new practice, and its wins, feedback, and playbook will help define how Accenture scales the segment. Travel varies from 25% to 75% based on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in solution, technology, or services sales.
  • At least 8 years of sales-pursuit management experience spanning origination, shaping, and closing.

  • A demonstrated book of relationships and a track record of winning new logos in the emerging large-enterprise or upper-mid-market segment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 12 years of work experience; alternatively, an associate’s degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
  • U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep relationships in an Industrials vertical, such as automotive, industrial equipment, business services, transportation, or logistics.
  • Fluency with the partner ecosystem, including SAP, hyperscalers such as Azure and AWS, and related co-sell motions.

  • An entrepreneurial track record of building a territory, segment, or practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and unquestionable professional integrity.
  • High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, build-it-as-you-go environment.

  • Diagnose client needs and connect them to packaged offers in Accenture’s productized catalog, shaping suitable deals.
  • Drive ecosystem co-selling with SAP, hyperscalers, and other alliance partners, and develop warm entry points through OEM-to-supplier relationships.
  • Close deals using published, mid-market-appropriate terms while protecting margin and selling on value rather than price.
  • Contribute wins, feedback, and a sales playbook to help shape and scale Accenture’s Emerging Large Enterprise practice.
