About The Position

This individual will be a key member of the Sales Order Management Team for either a major customer(s) or channel(s). As the representative of the Sales Order Management Team for a strategic customer or channel, this role is responsible for coordinating price blocks, managing daily sales order activities to maximize service level, cycle time, and on-time performance, ensuring customer data integrity for selected accounts, managing rework scheduling, coordinating mapping data integrity, coordinating customer service FOB, day-to-day problem-solving, driving process improvement, reporting and ensuring key performance objectives, communicating with customer accounts and internal management, and ensuring SB&D Operations are aligned with changes in customer requirements. The role also involves coordinating with Sales and Marketing Supply Chain Execution for major customer promotions and product launches.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • High level of Computer Proficiency (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitask, highly demanding environment
  • Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated, Team Player
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to interact with Customer

  • Supply Chain Experience Preferred (Internship or Coop)
