Position Overview The Order Execution & Sales Coordinator ensures customer commitments made by sales are executed accurately, consistently, and on time. You will manage the full order lifecycle from purchase order receipt through SAP entry, production scheduling, and internal coordination - ensuring every step is handled with precision and adherence to process. This role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, proactive communication, and ownership of outcomes to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage centralized orders email inbox with strict organization and prioritization
  • Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements
  • Enter and maintain orders within SAP ERP system with high accuracy and consistency
  • Verify pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and specifications against internal and customer records
  • Ensure orders are properly placed into production scheduling systems in alignment with capacity
  • Perform daily order verification, reconciliation, and exception resolution
  • Maintain disciplined documentation and audit-ready order tracking
  • Support sales team with accurate, timely order status updates
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding order details, confirmations, and changes
  • Assist with order modifications, corrections, and follow-ups with strict attention to detail
  • Ensure seamless handoff from sales communication to operational execution with zero gaps
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment
  • Identify potential issues early through proactive review of order data and schedules
  • Maintain structured, clear, and consistent internal communication across departments
