The JEP Desk Agent is responsible for supporting daily field operations by serving as a central point of contact for technician communications and same-day installation activity. This role works closely with field technicians, customers, and internal partners to help ensure service commitments are met and a high-quality customer experience is delivered. The JEP Desk Agent must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, navigate several systems efficiently, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
