About The Position

AcuityMD is an AI platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. We help MedTech companies understand how their products are used, why customers vary, and identify opportunities for physicians to better serve their patients. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our solution helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health. We're a high-growth AI and Data company scaling rapidly. This role, will design the compensation structure that translates our top-level strategy into how the commercial org actually operates — the mechanism that turns company goals into what the org is incentivized to do. Team Mission Revenue Operations exists to make AcuityMD's go-to-market motion predictable. We build the data, systems, and plans that tell the commercial organization where to aim and what they earn for getting there. Compensation is our sharpest tool: designed well, it drives the behavior the business needs, can be administered at scale, and is understood by every rep it touches.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in sales compensation, commissions administration, or revenue operations at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Hands-on ownership of an incentive compensation platform; CaptivateIQ strongly preferred, with Xactly, Varicent, Spiff, or Everstage experience translating well
  • Fluency in plan mechanics: quotas, rates, tiers, accelerators, kickers, draws, splits, and clawbacks
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, and comfort reconciling imperfect data across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and HRIS systems. SQL is a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-driven, with the judgment to be the last check before money goes out the door
  • Excellent communication skills. You can explain a calculation to a frustrated rep and push back on a request that would compromise data integrity
  • Comfort with recurring hard deadlines, and with AI tools as part of your daily workflow
  • You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial leadership to design comp plans that drive our strategy, model payout outcomes for proposed plans and SPIFFs with the RevOps leader and CFO, pressure-test designs for administrability and rep comprehension, and support book of business and territory analytics
  • Configure and test plan builds in CaptivateIQ, keep plan documentation in Notion aligned to what is live, and administer quotas, plan issuance, acknowledgements, and new hire setup
  • Run the monthly cycle in CaptivateIQ. Reconcile deal, renewal, and roster data, calculate payouts across every plan, and deliver a validated file for Finance approval
  • Measure ramp and attainment across AE, AM, CSM, SDR, Solutions, and leader populations, and own the recurring reporting leadership uses to manage performance
  • Act as first responder on payout and data questions from the GTM organization, resolve discrepancies to root cause, administer exceptions such as deal transitions, and equip managers to own their team's review
  • Own territory design for the commercial org, including modeling scenarios, recommending structural changes as the org grows, and updating segment definitions
