About The Position

MM is a global leader in consumer packaging. The Group provides packaging solutions for cartonboard and folding cartons with an attractive offer in kraft papers, uncoated fine papers, leaflets and labels. MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products. We are looking for a passionate and committed individual for our Sales Operations Manager position in our Trumbull, Connecticut location. You will ensure end to end sales execution for the US and Canadian markets (order-to-cash). Establish, implement and continuously improve business processes and workflows. You will act a key operations backbone for European production units (mills) and Group HQ located in Austria, by ensuring clear communication, alignment and executing reliability between all stakeholders involved. You are ambitious to lead, develop and coach a Customer Service Team of 3 employees, ensuring high customer satisfaction and significantly improved response times. Implement the "first time right" principle across all customer interactions. You will ensure administrative governance, internal controls and compliance with internal & external audits. Take ownership of HR admin and legal compliance for the US entity. You are committed to overseeing basic administrative finance tasks such as budget coordination, cost control at office level, approval and release of operational payments. Ensure financial discipline and transparency in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or similar equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service leadership, or a comparable operational role.
  • Proven ability to build structure, define processes and implement scalable ways of working.
  • Strong customer focus, combined with systematic and structured mindset.

Responsibilities
