About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Operations & Sales Manager to join a growing US-based logistics and parking operations company. This is a fast-paced remote role for someone who knows how to manage people, handle operations, solve problems quickly, and confidently communicate with both business clients and drivers. You will oversee daily sales activities, support operational performance, help maintain customer relationships, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you are proactive, confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading a remote team while balancing sales and operations responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, sales management, logistics, or similar roles
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Experience managing or supervising a team
  • Comfortable handling outbound communication and customer interactions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems, invoicing tools, or reporting platforms
  • Ability to work independently and stay proactive without constant supervision
  • Professional, solutions-focused mindset
  • Reliable high-speed wired fibre internet connection
  • Quiet and professional work environment
  • Windows 11 computer or laptop with a minimum of 16 GB RAM, suitable for full-time remote work

Responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting the sales team
  • Monitoring daily sales and operational performance

  • Reviewing occupancy, revenue, and operational reporting
