About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who knows Sales Systems, Prospecting, B2B Presentations, Closing, Coaching, and AI LLM Training. You will be working with our sales team and programmers to help develop our CRM, AI training, Lead generation, and Closing process. We already have many tools, Dial Pad for calls/AI coaching, and Clarity Soft CRM, an AI-powered internal sales tool. What we need is someone to complete the development and to put this into full operation. This is a combination hybrid position that requires B2B sales systems, organization, management, and the ability to integrate with all the AI tools available. We are an established B2B business generating company with thousands of small businesses in SE Michigan. This position ideally would combine sales, technology, and innovation.
