Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Natural communicator and collaborator — a people person who also loves the numbers
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems; Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new sales team members
  • Develop and deliver training programs to get reps up to speed quickly
  • Review and analyze team performance metrics on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and CRM hygiene
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to surface actionable insights
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement improvements
  • Coordinate and manage sales content, resources, and documentation
  • Work closely with team members to support individual and team-wide performance
  • Serve as a key connector between leadership and the sales floor
