About The Position
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, enhancing team performance, and driving operational efficiency at Olli Salumeria. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or related roles.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of sales tools and CRM systems to ensure usability and alignment with sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales staff on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies and communication.
- Reinforce KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance, and implement/recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Assist in managing the sales operations budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
