About The Position

As an HVAC Sales Operations Manager, you’ll lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth while ensuring every customer receives a professional, solution-focused, and exceptional experience. This role involves recruiting, training, coaching, and developing HVAC comfort advisors and sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals. You will set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs, and hold the team accountable to results. Additionally, you will ride along with sales team members to provide in-field coaching, feedback, and ongoing development. The role oversees the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring consistent execution and a high standard of customer experience. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and dispatch teams is key to align lead flow, installation capacity, and revenue goals. You will also analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and strategic planning, and ensure all proposals, financing options, and system recommendations are accurate, ethical, and aligned with company standards.
