We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to design, optimize, and manage the operational backbone of our sales organization. This role will be responsible for building a scalable HubSpot CRM architecture, improving contracting and sales process workflows, and developing the data infrastructure needed to drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate combines deep HubSpot expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a systems-oriented mindset. They will partner closely with Sales Leadership to ensure our CRM, pipeline structure, contracting workflows, and reporting infrastructure fully support a modern, high-performing sales organization. Experience supporting property-based sales or enterprise B2B organizations is strongly preferred.
