Provenir

About The Position

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the sales-side engine of Provenir’s Revenue Operations team, ensuring clean pipeline data, a trusted forecast, and clear handoffs from BDR to Sales. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the role manages how opportunities are created, progressed, closed, and reported in Salesforce. It partners with the CRO, Head of Marketing, Pre-Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to improve new-business conversion, deliver a global forecast process, and strengthen handoffs across the revenue lifecycle. The role owns Salesforce opportunity governance and data quality, global forecasting and planning support, sales processes and handoffs, order processing and closed-deal standards, and pipeline reporting and analysis. It also uses AI-assisted workflows to automate hygiene checks and routine reporting within business-defined guardrails.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics; ideally in B2B software with long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise, including opportunity management, reports and dashboards, validation rules, flows, and data hygiene.
  • A record of building forecasts and pipeline reporting for global teams across regions and currencies.
  • Ability to enforce process through influence rather than authority and earn credibility with Sales leaders.
  • Clear written communication for a global audience.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience in financial services technology or risk and decisioning software.
  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools such as Chorus, BDR engagement tools such as Apollo, and project tooling such as Hive.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce opportunity structure, stage definitions, required fields, and Sales team data quality.
  • Run recurring hygiene checks on close dates, next steps, MRR, and closed-lost reasons, and drive resolution with Sales owners.
  • Partner with the Salesforce Admin to govern configuration, integrations, access, and change control across the sales-side stack, including call and email capture in Chorus.
  • Support sales-side master data management, including account ownership, hierarchies, territories, and assignment rules.
  • Run the global forecast cadence and dashboards across NORAM, IBERIOAMERICA, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Provide Sales leaders with commit, best-case, and pipeline coverage views, and report forecast accuracy against actuals.
  • Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations on planning and budgeting inputs and with Finance on bookings and MRR reporting.
  • Define and enforce the BDR-to-Sales Executive-to-Pre-Sales handoff, including opportunity qualification, Sales acceptance, MRR attachment, and ownership transfer.
  • Work with Marketing Operations and BDR leadership to improve stage 1-to-2 conversion on new-business opportunities.
  • Document and maintain clear, gated ways of working across Sales, BDR, and Marketing, including Salesforce handovers.
  • Own sales order processing and closed-deal standards so bookings, MRR, and contract data are accurate and flow cleanly to Finance.
  • Govern sales-side tools and processes to improve forecasting predictability and closed-deal data rigor.
  • Maintain pipeline, opportunity creation, win-rate, and conversion reporting by region, segment, and source.
  • Own metric definitions so Marketing, BDR, and Sales report from the same pipeline numbers.
  • Analyze conversion, cycle time, and win-rate data to identify trends and flag findings early so Sales and Marketing can act.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to automate hygiene checks and routine reporting within business-defined guardrails.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health and wellness plans.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • Flexible and remote-friendly opportunities.
  • Maternity and paternity leave.
