About The Position

As a Sales Operations Manager – Retail Channel you act as the critical link between external customers, sales teams, and internal cross-functional partners—owning account performance while identifying opportunities to improve processes, margins, and service levels. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the business end-to-end, influence outcomes, and grow into broader commercial or operational leadership roles. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and a manager who provides guidance while empowering autonomy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Comfort working across systems (SAP, BI tools, CRM, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Own customer profitability, volume performance, and KPI delivery
  • Lead forecasting, P&L analysis, and margin management with actionable insights
  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service) to drive execution
  • Manage pricing, trade spend, and accruals with accuracy and accountability
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and private label opportunities
  • Translate data into insights that drive customer and business decisions
  • Serve as a key liaison for both internal teams and external customer relationships
