Breezeline is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to optimize the sales team's efficiency and productivity. This role involves managing technology (CRM), analyzing sales data, and streamlining processes to act as a strategic partner in driving revenue growth and supporting sales representatives. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support roles.
  • Strong expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets to drive insights and forecasts.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must be located in Florida market.

Responsibilities

  • Managing prospecting tools and data sources, prioritizing opportunities and establishing meetings with key decision makers.
  • Administering the sales technology stack, primarily CRM systems like Salesforce, to ensure data integrity.
  • Assisting with territory management, quota planning, and capacity planning to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Defining, documenting, and implementing efficient sales processes and workflows to increase productivity.
  • Analyzing sales funnel performance, creating dashboards, and providing insights to leadership for forecasting.
  • Coordinating training, onboarding for new hires, and supporting sales enablement tools.
  • Partnering with Construction, Technical Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth lead-to-cash operations.
