In the role of Senior Lead, Sales Operations – Planning & Performance, you will serve as a strategic partner to Commercial leadership, responsible for measuring, managing, and elevating the performance of the global Commercial organization. You will translate business objectives into clear performance frameworks, operating metrics, and planning disciplines, while working side-by-side with Sales leaders to improve focus, efficiency, and results.
