About The Position

This role focuses on developing metrics to measure sales program success, automating operational processes, and analyzing data to uncover actionable business insights. The position involves delivering reports that impact decision-making processes, collaborating with the Business Intelligence team on new reporting solutions, and providing key sales productivity insights. The role also supports strategic initiatives on global role taxonomy, drives consistency in sales organization data, and participates in special projects related to Generative AI, including the development of foundational datasets.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and five years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • One year of experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent software.
  • One year of experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies.
  • One year of Microsoft Excel or similar experience summarizing data into key insights and tables to assess sales capacity, sales productivity, and compliance.

  • Participate in special projects impacting Generative AI functionality, including assisting in the development of foundational datasets to unlock this capability.
