About The Position

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst II plays a critical role in supporting the commercial organization through sales operations, analytics, compensation administration, CRM management, and technology enablement. This position partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Customer Service to optimize operational effectiveness, improve reporting and data integrity, and support strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, financial planning, or related commercial operations functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com and commercial sales technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support and sales reporting for Sales and Marketing teams, translating data into actionable business insights and presentations.
  • Develop and administer variable compensation plans that support achievement of commercial sales goals.
  • Perform accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive compensation calculations.
  • Support sales quota development and territory alignment processes in partnership with Finance and Sales Leadership.
  • Build and maintain allocation models that align company targets to territories and field teams.
  • Manage territory structures to optimize field coverage and organizational efficiency.
  • Administer and support Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Health Cloud environments.
  • Maintain and manage the Global CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, user support, system structure, and training.
  • Support implementation of new technologies and software solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee the Sales Organization iPad and MaaS360 program, including asset tracking, technical support, content updates, and device management.
  • Manage Showpad platform administration, including structure maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Lead administration and oversight of the Manage by Objectives (MBO) program, including automated scoring processes, reporting coordination, accuracy tracking, and SOX compliance support.
  • Manage the fleet reimbursement program and serve as the primary liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee annual sales awards and recognition programs, including the Wholeness Awards and voting process.
  • Manage vendor credentialing relationships and related operational processes.
  • Support cross-functional commercial projects and provide ad hoc operational support as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
