Requirements

At least one year of supervisory experience, or experience as a Rockstar Lead Driver at GFL.
Proficiency with computers.
Knowledge of CDL regulations.
Readiness to handle early mornings and the fast-paced waste industry.
A caring attitude towards your team, community, and the environment.
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located.

Responsibilities

Coordinating drivers and helpers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Acting as the primary problem-solver for issues such as truck breakdowns or blocked routes.
Using technology to track productivity and ensure operational efficiency.
Serving as the expert on CDL regulations to maintain fleet compliance.
Directing the team to ensure service is as smooth as possible.
Staying cool under pressure and keeping operations running.
Tracking productivity to ensure the team is efficient.
Ensuring the fleet is legal, operational, and presentable.
