About The Position

Penske Media Corporation (PMC) is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Sales Operations Senior Manager. This role involves reviewing and qualifying all advertising insertion orders for PMC's media properties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent multi-tasker, capable of working independently, and possess meticulous attention to detail with unfailing accuracy. A general understanding of business concepts and workflows is essential, along with strong interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction across various organizational levels. This position is well-suited for individuals new to the media industry or re-entering the workforce. PMC emphasizes in-person collaboration and team cohesion, requiring employees to work onsite four days a week with one remote day, fostering a vibrant and inclusive culture.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a business office setting
• High proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and proactively identify issues and make recommendations
• Ability to function efficiently in an environment with multiple and shifting priorities

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the print and digital media industry
• Experience with Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Review all insertion orders in CRM system for accuracy
• Support business unit(s) in all CRM requests
• Run multiple weekly training sessions for different user types
• Perform day-to-day departmental clerical tasks
• Assist in month-end close, including communications and reporting
