Requirements

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and/or customer dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or other reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order-related inquiries
  • Maintain and update OEM dashboards with new purchase orders, revision of existing orders, shipment details, date changes, and pricing updates.
  • Enter and validate new PO's to ensure compliance with contract terms, pricing and lead-times.
  • Ensure all customer order data is accurate in the customer dashboard and match information within QQE's ERP system (JobBoss) throughout the day.
  • Process order modifications, cancellations, and drawing revisions in coordination with customer and internal teams
  • Track order status from submission through fulfillment and escalate delays or issues as needed.
  • Provide timely updates to customers and sales reps regarding order status, issues and resolutions.
  • Proactively manage On-time delivery metric (goal of >96%) and proactively manage discrepancies to ensure customer alignment.
  • Align with logistics teams on shipments and update dashboards with details (i.e. number of boxes, weights and dims) and input tracking information as necessary.
  • Enter and manage quotes generated by sales team to win new opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain reporting for open orders, back orders, delivery schedules and fulfillment metrics.
  • Coordinate accounts receivable team on invoice discrepancies and follow-up with buyers to check on goods receipts to ensure on-time payments.
