About The Position

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to help drive accuracy, execution, and operational excellence throughout our sales process. This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Operations, ensuring deals are complete, accurate, financially sound, and ready for execution. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and keeping complex work moving forward across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, sales support, project coordination, or similar operational roles
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data validation
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across multiple departments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and improve processes
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable asking questions and escalating issues when something doesn’t look right
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems, tools, and technology
  • Ability to pass criminal background histories

Nice To Haves

  • Background in B2B sales environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience documenting SOPs or training others on operational workflows

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate quotes, pricing, margins, terms, and order details before operational handoff
  • Serve as the primary checkpoint between Sales and Operations to ensure deals are accurate and execution-ready
  • Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Logistics to resolve discrepancies and remove blockers
  • Manage multiple active deals simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend improvements that reduce errors and improve efficiency
  • Help standardize workflows and documentation across the sales process
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to quoting, order management, and cross-functional coordination
