The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for the execution and management of the Reformed Pilates sales funnel across an assigned portfolio of studio locations. This role owns lead response, appointment scheduling, CRM accuracy, show-rate support, and enrollment follow-up—ensuring every lead receives a timely, thoughtful, and consistent experience. This is an execution-focused role that plays a critical part in supporting membership growth and studio performance. The Sales Operations Coordinator works in partnership with the Sales Operations Lead, with each team member managing a designated studio portfolio while maintaining ownership of their assigned leads throughout the entire enrollment journey. Lead ownership follows a first-contact rule: whichever team member first engages a lead retains ownership of that lead through the full sales funnel, regardless of which studio the client ultimately visits.
