About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and proper management of all opportunities within Salesforce. This individual acts as the “gatekeeper” of sales data quality and lead distribution, helping maintain a clean and reliable CRM system while ensuring leads are efficiently routed to the appropriate sales managers. This is a one-year contract opportunity, offering strong exposure to sales operations, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience within a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is a non-customer-facing, internal support role that requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review all newly created sales opportunities in Salesforce for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify key data fields including customer information, addresses, deal details, and required inputs
  • Ensure data consistency and adherence to company standards and processes
  • Identify and correct errors or follow up with sales team members for clarification
  • Maintain overall data integrity within Salesforce
  • Manage incoming leads from various channels
  • Assign and distribute leads to the appropriate sales managers in a timely manner
  • Track and monitor lead flow to ensure proper follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of lead assignments and status
  • Act as a quality control checkpoint for all Salesforce entries
  • Enforce CRM data standards and best practices across the sales team
  • Provide guidance and support to sales team members on proper data entry
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy
