About The Position
The Sales Operations Coordinator will assist the customer's sales team with accurate entry of proposals and quotes, and assist the project management team in coordinating order installations that exceed customer delivery expectations. This role involves ensuring safety, providing sales support, managing order installations, and enriching customer experience through provisioning and billing processes. The position is hybrid, with work from home and reporting to either Perham, MN or New Hope, MN.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in sales, business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service
- General knowledge of the telecommunications industry
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the customer's sales team with preparing pricing, proposals, and responses.
- Prepare quotes by gathering costs.
- Review service orders for completeness and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide quality assurance for product and pricing mechanisms.
- Review existing sales order entry processes and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency while improving the overall customer experience.
- Complete construction and customer enrichment input, and ensure the timely kickoff of support processes for orders.
- Map the critical path of the service order and document supporting steps needed to assure a well-coordinated, high-quality installation.
- Carry out the provisioning portion of the service order project for installations, including entering customer information, services ordered, service address, and charges for services.
- Send billing/close-out acknowledgment to customers.
- Ensure billing and plant systems and records are updated, and coordinate with the appropriate team to make changes.
- Stay current on Presales and Order Management workflows in IT systems.
- Work in a safe manner, strictly following company safety standards and practices.
- Perform all tasks while following all rules, processes, and procedures.
- Stop work at any time when or if conditions or instructions are unsafe.
