About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator (SOC) serves as a strategic liaison between Sales, Operations, and Customer stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition of project-based opportunities from pre-sales to post-sales. This role is critical in aligning cross-functional priorities, driving resource coordination, and ensuring the timely execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support business growth and customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience in a Customer Success role providing outstanding support
  • Must be well organized with excellent follow through and strong logic based analytical skills
  • Customer focused, very responsive, and action oriented to meet business needs while maintaining a positive, professional outlook
  • Entrepreneurial approach that nurtures strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness, tact, diplomacy and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Must be Microsoft Office proficient
  • Ability to take and pass a background check
  • Must maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of management
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other position related technologies
  • Must be able to clearly and confidentially communicate with TruWest employees and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the development, review, and delivery of SOWs and RFPs, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and operational leads to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between Sales, Operations, and Customers to align priorities, clarify responsibilities, and proactively address gaps or delays in project handoffs.
  • Lead all project kick-off activities, ensuring that teams are aligned on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate the allocation of resources to support project execution effectively.
  • Provide regular status reports to leadership, to monitor key project metrics, resource utilization, and progress updates.
  • Maintain TRGs certification repository and managing required training needs to ensure company compliance from a technical and business operation standpoint.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong prioritization skills, ensuring deadlines are met and strategic objectives are achieved without compromising quality.
  • Assists with managing and updating accurate records regarding all aspects of the onboarding process in Salesforce.com and Loopio.com.
