Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience as a Business Analyst, or related experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
Salesforce Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, particularly in designing and managing reports, dashboards, and flows.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects, with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Jira or Asana preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is preferred. Candidates without certification must be willing to work towards obtaining it within 6 months.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or other relevant certifications.
Experience with Integrations: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other business systems (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, ERP, Marketing Automation).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, business intelligence, and operations.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude to foster a positive team environment.
Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail when creating and maintaining sales-related policies and documentation.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.
Salesforce Configuration: Work closely with Salesforce team and administrators to design and implement Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and automation of workflows.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and integrations within our tools.
Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Contribute to the development of Salesforce governance and best practices within the organization
Reports and Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Project Management: Manage end-to-end projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to execution, testing, and deployment. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Testing and Validation: Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate with end users to validate that the solutions meet the business requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, requirements, test cases, and user guides.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they understand how to effectively use tools and features.
Other: Perform other related duties as assigned
