As a Business Analyst at ICON, you will analyze activity performance, develop accurate reporting tools, ensure consistent project reporting, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization by collaborating with various departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• available to be in office 3 days a week in Philadelphia, PA or Cambridge, MA

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Salesforce software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom sales and expense tracking dashboards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend action plans.
• Implement tools and analytical measures for guidance to finance, operations, and senior management.
• Manage Key Financial Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Track, monitor, and update sales opportunities across business units.
• Coordinate revenue and backlog forecasting in collaboration with Finance.
• Provide regular reports on key financial metrics, participate in Salesforce software training, and assist in developing Project Management work process documents.
