Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and data organization).
  • Excellent bookkeeping and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively solve issues and quickly address concerns.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and process customer claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, operations) to resolve discrepancies
  • Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy
  • Update records in real time to support sales team visibility and decision-making
  • Handle high-volume data entry while maintaining attention to detail
  • Manage weekly inventory reporting
  • Process special pricing requests, discounts, and promotional adjustments
  • Ensure pricing accuracy across systems
  • Collaborate with sales and pricing teams
  • Serve as a point of contact between sales teams, partners and internal departments
  • Communicate inventory updates and issue resolutions clearly and professionally
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from partners
  • Support cross functional coordination internally and externally
  • Generate basic reports on sales activity, inventory levels and order claims auditing
  • Ensure system data integrity and assist with process optimization initiatives
  • Maintain and update SKU data, including product details, pricing, and availability
  • Ensure accurate product classification and organization within systems
  • Support new product setup and discontinuation processes
