About The Position

The Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales organization through management of systems, data, reporting, and operational processes. This role ensures sales leadership and field teams have accurate information, efficient technologies, and optimized processes to drive sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum three (3) years of previous experience in sales, sales operations, analytics, or similar roles, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong proficiency with data tools and reporting platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools, such as Monday.com
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced preferred), and PowerPoint
  • English language proficiency is required for this job

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting cadence — territory performance, new business acquisition, account activity, and pipeline health
  • Build and maintain dashboards that give Sales Leadership a clear, real-time view of team performance
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in data and proactively communicate actionable insights.
  • Support day-to-day ownership of CRM and any supporting tools — structure, workflows, automations, and integrations
  • Maintain boards, pipelines, and dashboards that reflect how the sales team works
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
  • Conduct regular audits & identify gaps to ensure accurate data entry
  • Understand the team's sales technology stack, actively identify opportunities to incorporate AI into existing workflows, and recommend new tools
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales process and find solutions or automations to address them
  • Work closely with the sales support team members and other departments to ensure consistency across sales activities, tools and processes
  • Track and report on spiff programs, incentive attainment, and KPIs against targets
  • Support quarterly business reviews with data and analysis
  • Support territory design, account segmentation, and routing optimization
  • Onboard new reps onto platforms and ensure consistent adoption across the team
  • Act as the internal point of contact for CRM questions, system issues, and process improvements
  • Support other departments with sales data requests and reporting as needed
