Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of experience in sales operations, manufacturing support, business analysis, or a related role.
Experience with ERP systems (ProShop ERP preferred) and contract administration.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient order fulfillment, and contract compliance.
Analyze sales and operational data to support production planning, improve performance, and drive strategic business decisions.
Manage complex customer orders and serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and key customer communications.
Maintain ERP system data integrity and support product lifecycle, order management, and process accuracy.
Develop and present KPI dashboards and business reports to monitor performance, profitability, and on-time delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business results.
