About The Position

VARITE is looking for a qualified Sales Operations Analyst in Waltham, MA. The client is an American-headquartered life science and clinical research company, a global supplier of analytical instruments, clinical development solutions, specialty diagnostics, laboratory, pharmaceutical and biotechnology services. VARITE, established in 2000, is an award-winning minority business enterprise providing global consulting & staffing services to Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies. With over 850 global consultants, VARITE is committed to delivering excellence through comprehensive scientific, engineering, technical, and non-technical staff augmentation and talent acquisition services. This role is a 6-month contract with eligibility for conversion based on performance and business needs. The pay rate range is $33.00/hr. to $43.00/hr. on W2. The position requires the candidate to be a USC or GC and have flexibility to work across time zones.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales analytics/operations, commercial business/portfolio management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize templates and standard ways of working to ensure consistent and effective internal communications and enable continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collect current view of all processes and templates strategic accounts use for internal and external discussion.
  • Prioritize where standardization and improved analytics can provide value for internal and external discussions.
  • Develop process and/or templates then roll out.
  • Support the strategic account leaders to use, implement, and improve standards.
  • Collaborate with other Commercial Operation functions such as Business Unit leaders, Finance, and IT to optimize data collection and content development.
  • Collaborate with peers to share standard processes and develop new or generally applicable client strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead internal planning meetings with clear objectives, consistent follow-up and communications that drive execution of assigned projects.
  • Represent the Strategic Accounts team with other groups and functions to administer customer surveys, RFI/RFPs, and sophisticated requests, delivering solutions that build customer confidence and drive efficiency.
