Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Current experience within an apparel company
  • Experience in analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools - will be asked to test
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
  • Clear communicator who can present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Interpret large datasets to identify revenue opportunities, performance gaps, and emerging trends
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools that support leadership decision-making
  • Evaluate product performance and pricing strategies to improve profitability
  • Analyze competitive activity and broader market conditions to inform business strategy
  • Partner with teams across merchandising, marketing, and finance to align on forecasts
  • Use customer insights to refine segmentation and enhance go-to-market efforts
  • Support inventory planning through demand forecasting and sales trend analysis
