About The Position

This position works with both internal divisions and external accounts to provide insulation services to customers under GNI Management Group. As a back-office function, working with stakeholders to meet account objectives and timelines for delivery and/or submission of required documentation and reporting. This position is also responsible for synching functionality between Salesforce CPQ and SAP creating work breakdown structure.

  • Experience with CRM or ERP software (i.e., SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact within GNI for account-generated leads and processes, including payment processing, service calls, PO uploads, and day-to-day coordination of duties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advance projects in a timely manner, ensuring all required sign-offs are obtained and submitted to the account.
  • Liaise with accounts and internal teams to address complaints and warranty visits, securing all necessary site documentation, generating additional quotes as needed, and bringing files to resolution.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Audit company-wide compliance of CPQ quote format for SAP and work order creation/synching.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for synching by working directly with Sales Consultants and Branch level leaders.
  • Report on synching processes and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Support Sales Operations Coordinator functions as needed based on volume.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
