As a Sales Operation Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our sales organization by designing and optimizing sales policies, managing operational processes, supporting incentive programs, reconciling customer payments, and delivering data-driven insights. This role serves as a critical operational backbone of the sales organization—building the systems, processes, and visibility that enable our sales teams to focus on customer engagement and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail, sales, or direct-to-user environments, with 2+ years in a management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-touch, user-first experiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce); data-literate and KPI-oriented.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, service, and operations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving company with ambitious goals.

  • Automotive or tech industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support end-to-end sales execution processes across sales, finance, legal, and operations teams
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability
  • Develop and refine sales policies aligned with business objectives
  • Support sales incentive programs and ensure accurate commission payouts
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Coordinate customer payment reconciliation with finance teams
  • Maintain accurate sales data and reporting dashboards
  • Support forecasting and provide data-driven insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align execution and strategy
