About The Position

ServiceMaster by GBS is a family-owned white glove restoration and construction company specializing in water, fire, and damage restoration for homes and businesses. We are looking for someone who can help us grow by bringing energy to every connection they make. This is a dual role — part sales, part marketing. You'll be the face of ServiceMaster by GBS in the field, building relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and potential clients, while also managing and growing our brand presence online. If you're someone who thrives on making connections, closing deals, and building something real, this is the role for you. The harder you work, the more you earn.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing
  • A natural connector — someone who builds relationships easily and leaves a lasting impression
  • Strong closer — you know how to turn a conversation into a deal
  • Savvy marketer — you understand how to build a brand and grow an audience online
  • Self-motivated and driven — you don't need someone pushing you to perform
  • Well-connected or willing to hustle to get there
  • Professional, polished, and able to represent a white glove brand with confidence
  • Long-term mindset — we want someone who grows with us as the business grows
  • Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance and have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Restoration experience is a plus but not required
  • Spanish speaker is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate and pursue new leads — insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, and more
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Represent ServiceMaster by GBS at networking events, job sites, and meetings
  • Manage and grow our online presence across social media and other platforms
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that bring in new business
  • Track leads, follow up consistently, and close deals
  • Work closely with the office team to ensure smooth handoff from sale to job
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the brand and expand our reach
