Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows to automate inbound lead enrichment and outbound prospecting.
  • Configure AI-driven research agents (Claygent) to scrape websites and LinkedIn for specific buying signals, technographic data, and intent triggers.
  • Manage API integrations between Clay and external data providers to maintain a minimum of 90% data coverage and accuracy.
  • Manage the Outreach-Salesforce synchronization, ensuring seamless mapping of prospects, accounts, and activities while maintaining database hygiene.

  • Enforce "Sequence Governance" to prevent lead fatigue and provide detailed reporting on reply rates, meeting-set metrics, and sequence ROI.
  • Optimize the Salesforce UI/UX to ensure a frictionless workflow for Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Manage custom objects, complex validation rules, and page layouts tailored for marketing attribution and sales efficiency.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated Salesforce Flows to automate lead routing, lifecycle stage transitions, and internal alerting.
  • Manage user profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure data security while enabling team accessibility.
  • Develop and oversee Lead-to-Account mapping processes to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Maintain the "Source of Truth" for marketing attribution, ensuring all enriched leads and sequences are accurately tagged.
  • Implement and enforce Lead SOPs, including reassignment logic and lifecycle management.
